Maranatha Fellowship Texas

About Us

An Introduction to Maranatha Fellowship

Maranatha Fellowship is a small home fellowship of believers in Central Texas, in between Austin and San Antonio. We don’t belong to a particular denomination. We are Bible-believing, Bible-obeying, born again followers of Jesus Christ. We love God, love His Word, love each other and love the lost.

We meet every Sunday for fellowship. Fellowship, for us, is much different than most local Churches. We don’t just meet for an hour or so on Sundays. We are usually together for about 7 to 8 hours or so each Sunday. We worship God, hear a teaching from the Word, discuss the teaching, take communion, have a meal together and spend most of the day together.

We are also very involved with each other’s lives. We often see each other throughout the week as well. Whether it’s an evangelistic outreach, a situation that arises or a get-together, we see each other often. We pray for each other, carry each other’s burdens and keep each other accountable. We strive to be Holy, Biblical ambassadors of Jesus!

We are consistently involved in evangelism in our area, throughout Texas and beyond. You’ll see us on 6th Street in Austin on late weekend nights, at a college campus during the week, at a concert on a weeknight, on a local street corner, etc., preaching the gospel and reaching out in the name of Jesus. We take the Great Commission seriously!
